By accessing or using Reservd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service

Reservd is a social introduction platform that connects individuals through shared date experiences. We are not a booking agent, escort service, or matchmaking agency. We do not guarantee matches, dates, or any specific outcomes.

Users create and share date experiences voluntarily. Reservd does not arrange, supervise, or participate in any meetings between users. All interactions occur at the sole discretion and risk of the participating users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reservd. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Membership

Reservd operates on an invitation and approval basis. We reserve the right to accept or deny any application for membership at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.

Premium membership may be required to access certain features. Premium fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Treat other members with respect and dignity
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not solicit money or commercial services from other users
  • Not harass, stalk, or threaten other users
  • Not share explicit or inappropriate content

6. Date Experiences

Users who post date experiences ("Hosts") are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of date details and locations
  • Any expenses they agree to cover
  • Ensuring venues are appropriate and accessible

Reservd does not verify venues, make reservations, or guarantee availability of any experience.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Reservd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • The conduct of any user, online or offline
  • Any physical or emotional harm resulting from user interactions
  • Financial losses from date experiences
  • Accuracy of user profiles or representations

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
